Hi, I’m Kara.

There’s probably very little you actually want to know about me on this page so I’ll make your time spent reading this stuff quick and entertaining.

Education: kindergarten was awesome. I studied to teach kids from k-12 the fine arts (not while I was in kindergarten). I have two degrees from the best culinary school on earth – The Culinary Institute of America in both baking and pastry and business management. I graduated at the top of my class both times. Even read Dr. Seuss to the crowd as the graduation speaker. I study with one of the best clinical psychologists walking the planet. Again, none of this was in kindergarten. I am an avid learner seeking science-based knowledge from experts with decades of research and evidence in growth and how our amazing brains work. I also have too much knowledge of the British Monarchy, and that education is all self-driven. I formally award myself a certificate of obsession for that one.

Experience: I made amazing art in kindergarten, better than my classmates and I think I might have told them so on at least one occasion. I spent half a year in lower Manhattan working with arguably the best cake designer on earth. It was the best and worst experience ever. (Experience Manhattan this way at least once in your life.) I’ve run my own multi-six figure businesses since 2014 teaching first cake art; then baking science; business development and business growth; training budding and established entrepreneurs in mindset and lifestyle; and I coach privately and in small groups on personal growth, marriage building, and entrepreneurial growth through science.

The best parts of me: I’m a Harry Potter nerd (wands up witches and wizards!), extreme cat enthusiast, average knitter, aspiring hand lettering master, bird and squirrel nerd, and neuroscience FREAK. I’m also pretty damn good at cake art.

My passion in life is to guide other entrepreneurial women (men, too – I do work with the guys) into living a lifestyle of their own choosing, outside the ideals of typical society expectations, by breaking through the indoctrination and stories that have gone unchallenged in our own heads for far too long. I’m a wild human rescuer – I heal and set free 🙂

That’s me. Pink hair. Tattoos. Once in a blue smiling normally instead of making a crazy face at the camera. Don’t get used to this.
Yep. That’s cake. See? Told you I was good 😉
See? Crazy face. At Gringott’s bank with the Goblin bankers.
